Rum Without Alcohol? Now You Can Make it Too!
Rum without alcohol is possible, and you can make it too in just a few hours! This will be a simple recipe in the style of a lightly aged Spanish rum, giving us plenty of time to test it out in some cocktails, starting with the most popular rum drink in the world: The Daiquiri! We’ll follow this by using our Zero Rum in an alcohol-free Cuba Libre with all of the flavor and none of the alcohol, making for my favorite non-alcoholic alternative I’ve tried on the channel yet. Who said mocktails had to be boring? It’s Cocktail Time!

Hello, Mr Kos, is it better to use the Ginger Liqueur or Syrup with soda water instead of ginger beer? For example, in a dark and stormy. I'm having some difficulty in finding ginger beer here in my location. Sorry to bother you, but if you may answer me I'd be really appreciated. Thank you.

Two video ideas: 1) With the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris coming up, it would be fun to see a video with some cocktail(s) highlighting French bottles. 2) The House of the Dragon season 2 is currently airing and has been really good. Would you be interesting in making some themed cocktails for the show, similar to your previous Harry Potter drinks?

I saw sakurabacha at sazentea, and I would use fresh kaffir lime leaves, the gin I would use Ukiyo Sakura gin, and for the perfume I would use Komasa Sakurajima komikan gin, that is made predominantly from small mandarines, and I would have served it is a glass sake cup.

My problem is that i can't find a good way to clarify it, i tried the milk one and it worked but I didn't get a good result. Can you suggest for me a good method to clarify non alcoholic spirits. Thank you very much 🌹

Instead of using the name of a cocktail that traditionally has a different/specific spirit, why can’t the we just come up with a different name for the cocktail? I don’t hear anyone replacing tequila with bourbon in a margarita and calling it a bourbon margarita. Just like a martini…the base spirit is gin…replacing it with vodka, makes a fundamentally different cocktail.
